1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Subscriptions and Payment

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Buzzchat cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Buzzchat customer support.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Buzzchat with accurate and complete billing information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Buzzchat to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

3. User-Provided Content

Our Service allows you to upload documents, text, and other materials ("Knowledge Base Content") to train your AI chatbot. You are responsible for the Knowledge Base Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

You retain any and all of your rights to any Knowledge Base Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for content you or any third-party posts on or through the Service. However, by posting Knowledge Base Content using the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, racist, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
• Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser.
• Transmit any data that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other malicious code.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Knowledge Base Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Buzzchat and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Buzzchat.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by cancelling your subscription and discontinuing use of the Service.

7. Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Buzzchat, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Buzzchat does not warrant that the results of the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, particularly as outputs are based on user-provided content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
